1 box red velvet cake mix (bake as directed for 13 x 9 inch cake)
1 can cream cheese frosting (16 oz)
1 package chocolate bark – regular or white chocolate
After cake is cooked and cooled completely, crumble into a large bowl.Â Mix thoroughly with 1 can of cream cheese frosting. Fingers work well but it’s messy!Â Roll mixture into quarter sized balls and lay on cookie sheetÂ Chill for several hours or put in the freezerÂ Melt chocolate bark in microwave as directed on package. Only melt small amounts each time as the chocolate starts to thicken before you can use all of it.Â Roll balls in chocolate and lay on wax paper until firm. A spoon works well for this.
